I am the Coordinator of the Professional Writing & Rhetoric Program at Longwood University, where I teach courses and conduct research in the following areas:
business, technical, and professional writing
discursive construction of identity
public and political discourse
rhetorical theory and criticism
social change and movements
I also offer workshops and professional development services focused on written communication in the workplace (Charlottesville-Richmond-Lynchburg, VA and Washington, DC area) as well as integrating career development or intercultural perspectives into the college curriculum.
